• Fail QC or wrong size/color — remove immediately
• Fit was the buy reason but no measurement — request photos or cut
• Low confidence after macros — do not hope it looks better in hand
• Heavy or bulky with weak love (extra shoes, puffy layers) — cut before volumetric fees punish you
• Duplicates in the same category — keep the stronger QC only

What to do with the six you keep

Rewrite agent remarks if needed, confirm you still want the shipping envelope, and compare two lines on the new weight. Removing shoe boxes and vacuum options can help the quote — only when the line allows it and the item still needs protection.
